Great location, so convenient to everywhere! the single room had a comfy bed, and they even had an air conditioner and a hair dryer – super handy 💁🏻‍♂️.

The kids absolutely loved the play area, which had everything from a bouncy castle to a mini-golf course. It kept them entertained for hours, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. It was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring Braganca.

In my wife's opinion, the room could have been a bit larger to accommodate our family.

The location was unbeatable, with easy access to the city center and the Citadel. We also appreciated the 24-hour room access. the hotel also offered private parking, making it convenient for guests who traveled by car. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was dog-friendly at no extra cost. Our room was spacious and modern, with excellent heating. the bathroom had a hairdryer and the TV had a good selection of international channels. the complimentary breakfast included bread, cheese, ham, fruit, juice. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Every aspect of our stay was so wonderful that we felt truly spoiled. We had no reason to complain about anything.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with the unique charm of this hotel. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find clean towels provided for our second night. the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city, and we enjoyed the quietness of our room despite being on a street-facing floor. the restaurant served good, plentiful food, offering excellent value for money, just like other places in this part of Portugal.

On arrival, we were disappointed by the hotel's payment policy, as the owner demanded cash only. the old woman who served us at dinner was rude and insisted on cash payment.

The hotel is in a great location, near the town center and close to a long park with a bus station at the end. the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as AC and a flat-screen TV. the bathroom is modern and clean. the staff is very friendly and helpful, making every effort to communicate despite language difficulties. the breakfast is lovely, with the addition of homegrown cherries.

One negative aspect is that some of the rooms may not be suitable for those who prefer newness and lots of space.

We had a great experience at the hotel Tic Tac in Braganca. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us. the owner's grandson even took us to a secure parking spot for our motorbike without charging us. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was on the edge of town and within walking distance to all the attractions.

The breakfast served was delicious, consisting of fresh bread, cheese, and cold meats.
